CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS

For all of our virtual events such as webconferences, online classes or webinars, the following terms and conditions apply:

All cancellation requests must be notified in writing to [email protected].
If you cancel your registration more than 15 days prior to the virtual event, you can register for another live event taking place that same year at no extra cost or benefit a discount equivalent to the value of your registration.
If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the virtual event, all administrative fees will be due.
Substitution policy: to submit a substitute delegate request, please contact [email protected]. Your replacement delegate must come from within your organization.

CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR ON-SITE EVENTS

All cancellation requests must be notified in writing to [email protected].
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event, you can register for another event taking place that same year at no extra cost.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to the conference, a 305€ administrative fee will be due. For any cancellations within 15 days of the conference, and for any no-shows on the day of the conference, no refund will be accepted.
