The customer

APIA, the French association of independent directors, asked DII to organize its annual event, with the aim of increasing the visibility of the APIA brand, highlighting the role of the independent director, mobilizing SME/ETI business leaders and increasing event revenues (event registrations & sponsorship).

DII’s solution

  • DII organized an event at BPI France.
    • Editorial : elaboration of the program, search for speakers, moderation on D-Day
    • Sales: search for several partners for the event: prospecting, negotiations, closing.
    • Marketing: drafting of marketing messages for the event, development and targeting of the relevant database, sequencing of mailings and paid or free registrations according to participants’ profiles, setting up of partnerships with relevant associations and players.
