Client’s Request

The objective of Booking.com was to raise awareness among the EU decision makers about the key challenges the Tourism and Travel sector was facing in a post-Covid environment, through the organization of an event.

The purpose of this discussion was to facilitate an evidence based discussion on the three themes hereafter: resilience, digital, sustainability, and chart a way forward for Europe’s tourism ecosystem.
